1st Due.
As a full time firefighter I am going to try and give back to the fire service. The fire service is having to many LODD's. Most of them are due to Cardiac arrest. This blog is my thoughts and some of the issues I will write about are topics I have learned in my Sports and Exercise Nutrition Certification Course as well as ACE CPT Course. I'm not saying I have all the answers! I have learned a lot and want to pass it on to the brothers and sister and family's !
